Shipping

We use Royal Mail Signed For Delivery for all UK deliveries and Royal Mail International Signed for service to all European/International destinations, this enables us to track the whereabouts of your parcel once it has been dispatched. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

Orders are not dispatched on the weekends or bank holidays. As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered to place your order.

Sometimes during busy periods deliveries may take longer, shipping times may also vary due to availability of goods. If you are experiencing delays with an order, please contact orders@studio-one-twenty.com and we will respond as promptly as possible.

Taxes and Duties 

International orders may be subject to import and custom charges which will be payable once the package reaches its destination country.

Collection in Store - FREE

If you have chosen store collection, we will send you an email when your order is ready and you will then have 7 days to collect it from our boutique: S120, 120 Islington High Street, N18EG, London.
